Filter Cartridge dapat menyaring debu dan pasir serta endapan kasat mata lainnya, yang terlarut di dalam air diantaranya adalah pasir, tanah, tanah liat dan material organic lainnya di dalam air. Filter ini juga dapat menyaring sebagian besar zat besi dan mangan terlarut dan juga sebagian kecil saja hydrogen sulfide.
